Claude Design HTMLs — tester suite
Static-serve of the 14 design HTMLs from Claude Design project d71985b2… (plus the React-ported Data-Centre Sandbox). Each opens as-is in a new tab. Files carry their own INDICATIVE PROTOTYPE banner; figures pending NUMBERS v2.2 sign-off. Inter-file links inside the design HTMLs may be broken (project mixed hyphens / em-dashes) — use this index to navigate.
V1 · Polished scroll
The reference build, elevated — staggered reveal-on-scroll, two-side seam, dark engine block. Calm and read-at-your-own-pace.
V2a · Shadow Ledger (timed)
Instrument-panel pacing. Each beat snaps in like a diagnostic readout; figures meter up; six-cell film-strip ticker tracks the run.
V2b · Two Sides Converge (timed)
The blue regulator / ochre market split IS the camera. Seam glides, fields saturate at the two-sides beat, fuse into the dark engine.
V2c · Network Descent (timed)
Conceptual zoom down the grid hierarchy. Persistent depth rail descends System → Device; scale travels £4B national problem → one EV customer → back to the system prize.
Value Map v4 · scenarios + coverage
Stress-test the thesis across 5 scenarios; scrub 2026→2027→2030; toggle portfolio-coverage overlay; expand any sub-industry row for product + competitor diff.

Data Topology & Roadmap
What data the model needs by sensitivity tier × access mechanism, through the DSI substrate to each product. Phased unlock: open data now → DSI ~2027 → settlement-grade later.

Every claim classified measured / published-elsewhere / indicative, with method, data source, confidence and the guardrail on what it does NOT say. The integrity story, made auditable.
Market Model (WS2)
TAM → SAM → SOM bottom-up from the value pool, monetisation by plane, land-and-expand ARR path, assumptions register. NOTE: figures are illustrative — bind to V3 Excel before any external use.
GTM & Coalition (WS3)
Cold-start break: land market wedge → seed scoreboard → time regulator plane to REMA. Coalition map, use-of-funds, milestones to 2027 DSI MVP, key-risk answers.
Sandbox Demo (WS4) · live backtester + ABM
Phase 1: working Plane A backtester with session ledger toward "60/week". Phase 2: animated 128-agent ABM × Monte Carlo forward test. Default EV lands on the £540/yr proof point.
Policy Sandbox · who pays under scarcity
Plane B regulator-side mirror. Drag the scarcity curve, pick cost-allocation rule, set vulnerable cap, toggle revenue recycle. Live progressivity verdict + 6-segment bill-impact bars.
Network Rebound · top to feeder
Animated day across System→Primary→Secondary→Feeder→Device. Naive tariff: system green, feeder F7 red. Coordinate it away — the breach the national view never sees.
Fairness Certificate · Plane A certifier
Configure a product, submit, watch 5 fairness checks run sequentially, receive a signed certificate with deterministic verification hash. A trust label, made portable.
